My name is Karen. I'm a mom, a wife and a total fitness addict.

As a licensed Pilates instructor, a 200RYT Yoga teacher, A licensed food coach and a Personal Trainer... 

... I hope to help and inspire women to find the best version of themselves! I created Pliés&Squats as a place where every woman can find what they need. 

I teach several classes a week and offer Personal Coaching and Training on demand. 

Since COVID19 I've been forced to expand more to the online business. So very recently I created an online channel where I offer classes ranging from Pilates over Yoga to Cardio. For more info, please look into Pilates & Yoga TV.

To even further expand I started offering Packages in English too. The first Challenge is a 21 day Challenge, which you can find here. 

I keep educating myself because I want to get as much knowledge as possible. And I think it's important so I can get YOU the best service possible.

February 2019 - Strong by Zumba Instructor

October 2019 - Sync Lab Skills Strong by Zumba certificate

May 2020 - 200 hour Yoga Teacher, registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance since June 2020
